We may request details about travelers, including their names and frequent flyer numbers, as well as the age of the driver of a rented car. We may also collect information about conversations, including the recording or monitoring of calls to the customer service department for quality assurance and training purposes, as well as other communications such as messages within applications and SMS.

Event Profiles: If you are planning an event with us, we collect details about the conference or event, the date of the event, the number of guests, accommodation details, and for corporate events, information about your organization (name, annual budget, and the number of events sponsored per year). Additionally, we collect information about guests who are part of your group or event. If you visit us as part of a group, we may have personal information about you that the group provided to us, and we may send you promotions after your stay with the group or after participating in an event, depending on your preferences and in accordance with the law. Social Media: If you access TURISM FELIX pages/accounts through social media, we may collect certain information from your social media account depending on the settings of the social network, such as (but not limited to) location, stays, activities, interests, photos, status updates, and friend lists. We may also allow you to enter contests where you must provide photos, such as pictures of your stay at our property, which you can share with people you are connected to on social networks for votes, joint offers, or other promotions.

Marketing and Communication: We may use your personal information to provide or offer newsletters, promotions, special recommended offers, as well as other advertising messages based on any communication preferences you express. These communications may be sent via email, mail, online advertisements, social networks, phone, text messages (including SMS and MMS), and notifications. Group Events or Meetings: If you visit TURISM-FELIX as part of a group or conference, the information required for event and meeting planning may be shared with the organizers of
these meetings and events and, if applicable, with guests who organize or attend the meeting or event.

TURISM-FELIX works only with third parties that provide an opt-out method for such advertising. We may share information with service providers to enable you to create itineraries by selecting sites, activities, and restaurants from lists customized for you based on preferences and information obtained from third parties.
Commercial Transactions: As we develop our business, we may sell, purchase, restructure, or reorganize businesses or capital, or may cease to manage or franchise a hotel that is currently part of our portfolio. In general, we do not collect sensitive information. We may use health data provided by you to serve you better and meet special needs (for example, providing access for people with special needs).

TURISM-FELIX will take all reasonable measures to: (i) protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction, and (ii) maintain personal information accurate and up-to-date, as applicable. We also require our affiliates and service providers with whom we share personal information to make reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. We will not contact you via mobile/text messages or emails to request confidential information or credit card details. We will only request credit card details over the phone when you make a reservation.

We may partner with other companies outside Romania to provide you with products, services, or offers based on your experiences on our properties and may share information appropriately with our business partners. We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Union.

If you prefer not to receive marketing materials via email, you can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe function in the email you receive from us. Unsubscribe requests may take up to ten business days to take effect.
To unsubscribe from text messages, inform the hotel reception that you no longer wish to receive text messages from our hotel or respond to the message with the word "STOP."
